Job Description:

As a strategic leader, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and success. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the implementation of plans, strategies, and forecasts for your branch.

You will work closely with the management team to establish a shared vision for the organization and create an environment that fosters employee motivation and productivity.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to achieve operational and financial targets
  • Managing and directing the overall performance of the branch
  • Planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Ensuring compliance with established operating guidelines and standard operating procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

· A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field

· Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively

· Analytical and problem-solving skills

· Proven leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage others

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
