Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role that combines strategic outreach with relationship building?

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Real Estate Cold Caller, where you will be the crucial first point of contact in our property acquisition process.

  • This is a remote position that offers the perfect blend of structured outreach and relationship building, where you will qualify prospects and set appointments for our acquisition team.

You will execute strategic outbound calls to pre-foreclosure and expired listing leads during peak response hours, conduct initial property owner conversations using proven qualification scripts, gather essential information about property conditions, pricing expectations, and seller motivation, and schedule appointments for the in-house acquisition team with qualified sellers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, a professional phone presence, and strong ability to follow structured scripts while maintaining natural conversation flow.

  • Basic computer proficiency for CRM management and data entry is also required.
  • A resilient and positive attitude, with the ability to maintain enthusiasm throughout calls, is essential.

This is a part-time opportunity that requires availability to work afternoon/evening hours (approximately 4-8 PM EST) and a reliable internet connection and quiet work environment.
