Senior WordPress Developer Opportunity

We are looking for a seasoned senior developer who can lead our development team, drive projects forward and ensure high-quality results. This is an exceptional chance to work on custom WordPress theme and plugin development while applying best practices for scalability, performance, and security.


The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in front-end and back-end development, web application building using custom WordPress themes and plugins, as well as problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.


Responsibilities
  • Promote collaboration and effective execution of projects among team members.
  • Solve complex problems, resolve conflicts when needed, and debug issues.
  • Design and develop web applications with scalable, reusable code.
  • Develop user-friendly interfaces with micro animations while ensuring excellent website performance.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to best practices in WordPress development.
  • Work with the team to integrate UI components with APIs and databases.
  • Manage search engine optimization (SEO) strategies, including Yoast SEO integration.
  • Integrate data from various services and databases using REST-API.
  • Navigate and utilize WPEngine dashboard for hosting, domain setup, and updates.
  • Monitor website performance using tools like Page Speed Insights, GTMetrix, and other related tools.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain websites.
  • Create quality assurance tests to ensure website success and security.
