Job Title: Web Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Web Development Specialist to lead our web development efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications using WordPress.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and Develop Custom Web Solutions: Create innovative and user-friendly web applications that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Implement Front-end and Back-end Development: Utilize HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP to develop robust and scalable web applications.
  • Evaluate Website Performance: Conduct regular performance evaluations to ensure optimal website speed and SEO.
  • Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with designers, content teams, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Maintain Website Security and Backup: Ensure websites are secure, up-to-date, and backed up regularly.
  • Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Identify and resolve website issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a WordPress Developer or similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and version control tools like Git.
  • Familiarity with Design Principles: Understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
  • API and Data Integration: Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON/XML formats.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • eCommerce Experience: Experience with WooCommerce or similar eCommerce platforms.
  • SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO best practices.
  • Page Builder Skills: Familiarity with page builders like Elementor or WPBakery.
  • Migration and Testing: Experience with website migration and performance testing.
