Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled IT Deployment Specialist to handle site deployment and maintenance tasks. As an IT Deployment Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless customization to meet client needs.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy and maintain trial and production sites.
  • Customize meeting sites per client requirements, including updating texts, labels, and site features.
  • Update meeting information, logos, and banners, and upload downloadable files.
  • Maintain internal system parameters and update dynamic forms.
  • Address support cases via online tools.
  • Provide product usage and sales information.
  • Analyze and route support cases appropriately.
  • Conduct client training and perform environmental health checks.

About You:

  • You should have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies like Java and SQL.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing shift schedules and work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written.
