Media Buying Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a TikTok Shop Media Buyer. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in the development and management of TikTok ad campaigns aimed at boosting sales and brand visibility within TikTok's shopping platform.

You'll work closely with experienced media buyers and creative teams to help optimize ads, analyze results, and stay on top of TikTok trends. If you're eager to grow your skills in digital media buying and e-commerce, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in designing and managing TikTok Shop ad campaigns, including video ads and in-app shopping formats.
  • Support campaign budget monitoring to help maximize ROI and revenue.
  • Monitor campaign performance using TikTok analytics and other reporting tools; track key metrics like impressions, clicks, conversions, and sales.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad content tailored to TikTok users.
  • Conduct basic research on TikTok trends, competitor strategies, and audience behavior to inform campaigns.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and share insights with the team.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Continuously learn and adapt strategies based on performance and platform updates.
Requirements:
  • 0–1 year experience in media buying, preferably with TikTok or other social media advertising platforms.
  • Basis understanding of TikTok Ads Manager and performance marketing concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills and willingness to learn data-driven optimization.
  • Creative mindset with interest in social commerce and TikTok trends.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

This position requires English fluency and a standard working schedule of 9 AM – 6 PM EST.
