Job Title: Media Acquisition Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and analytical professional to join our team as a Media Acquisition Specialist. As a key member of the advertising department, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring optimal media strategies to maximize client advertising spend.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of media buying principles and be adept at tracking and optimizing campaigns to achieve the best possible results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Media Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive media buying strategies that align with client objectives and target audience insights.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the full cycle of media buying campaigns, from planning and implementation to monitoring and reporting.
  • Negotiation & Vendor Relations: Negotiate media rates and placement with vendors and build strong relationships with media partners.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate reports to identify trends and insights for optimization.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with creative, analytics, and account management teams to ensure cohesive messaging and strategies across all platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Media Buyer with a successful track record in managing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with media partners.
  • Strong knowledge of media buying best practices and budgeting.
  • Experience in a fast-paced agency environment is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a digital marketing agency setting.
  • Familiarity with emerging media trends and platforms.
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies and optimization strategies.
