Join a dynamic and supportive team as an Operations Administrator. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to the executive team and play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.
As an Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for managing multiple tasks and priorities with ease. You will coordinate across departments to ensure seamless execution of executive initiatives and provide direct support to the COO and CFO.
You will also oversee various projects and programs, including contract management, data entry, and technology upgrades. Additionally, you will assist with Group Assistant hiring, coordinating interviews and onboarding new staff members.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping to build and strengthen families through nature-based pediatric occupational therapy.
RequirementsProven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a similar capacity.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and clear tone.
Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and proactively problem-solve.
Proficiency in using various platforms, including ClickUp, Trello, Google Workspace, EMR systems, and other related tools.
