Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our virtual team. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide exceptional administrative assistance to our clients.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing email correspondence, prioritizing messages, and responding on behalf of the team when necessary. You will also schedule and manage calendars, appointments, and meetings, perform internet research, data collection, and report preparation, maintain and organize digital files and records, and handle administrative tasks such as document preparation, data entry, and form completion.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • 2+ years of experience in a virtual assistant or administrative support role
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Calendar)
  • Familiarity with task/project management tools like Trello, Asana, or ClickUp
