Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Security Manager to oversee the security operations of our properties. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of ensuring the safety and security of personnel, assets, and facilities.

The Security Manager will be responsible for implementing and maintaining effective security protocols, conducting regular site inspections, and providing training and guidance to security personnel. They will also be expected to develop and recommend improvements to security procedures and systems, as well as monitor and report on security incidents and trends.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive security plans and protocols to protect personnel, assets, and facilities.

  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities.

  • Provide training and guidance to security personnel on security procedures, policies, and protocols.

  • Analyze and respond to security incidents and threats, including emergency response planning and crisis management.

  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure effective security integration and coordination.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as security management or criminology.

  • At least 5 years of experience in a security management role, preferably in a similar industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex security threats and develop effective solutions.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
