Proctor - Seasonal Job

We are looking for a highly skilled Proctor to join our team on a seasonal basis. As a Proctor, you will play a crucial role in supporting new hire classes and taking their learning experience to the next level.

Job Description:

  • You will assist the Trainer through classroom management, ensuring that all new hires are engaged and supported throughout the day.
  • You will monitor the classroom and identify any issues that may arise, such as agents not paying attention to training or system problems.
  • You will assist new hires with technical concerns, including system issues, camera concerns, and connectivity issues.
  • You will work closely with the Trainer to ensure that all new hires are on the same page during facilitation and activities.
  • You will assist the Trainer in minimizing interruptions during class, such as muting agents who are off mute while others are talking.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in the use of personal computers.
  • Good non-verbal and verbal communication skills – both oral and written.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work with trainers.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work different shifts as required.
