**Job Title:** Seasonal Proctor

**Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a seasonal proctor. As a proctor, you will be responsible for assisting trainers through classroom management and providing support to new hires in a proctor capacity.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Assist trainer through classroom management by monitoring the classroom throughout the day, checking on agents' behavior, and identifying areas of improvement.
  • Provide technical support to new hires, including system issues, camera concerns, and connectivity problems.
  • Assist trainers in facilitating classes, including breakout rooms, activity setup, and login testing.
  • Monitor attendance and ensure accurate reporting of agent hours.
  • Troubleshoot IT issues, submit tickets, and provide feedback to trainers on class engagement and dynamics.
**Off-Class Duties:**
  • Proctors not in class are expected to take phone calls until a class is assigned.
  • Proctors may attend trainings as leadership development opportunities when not in class.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with classroom management software and technical systems.
