Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support retail marketing initiatives, drive sales through innovative strategies, and ensure brand consistency across all retail channels.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about beauty, with experience in retail marketing, brand marketing, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute retail marketing campaigns to support product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with retail strategies.
  • Manage retail marketing calendars and ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align on marketing budgets and events.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials such as wholesale catalogs and various creatives.
  • Track and analyze retail marketing performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness.
  • Assist in developing co-branded marketing initiatives with retail partners to drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and consumer insights to inform marketing decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in retail marketing, brand marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing analytics tools.
