Job Summary:

As a seasoned professional in software testing, you will oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive test strategies that align with business objectives. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to manage high-performing teams and ensure quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Test Strategy and Planning
    • Develop and execute test plans that drive business results.
  • Team Management
    • Lead and manage test teams, providing guidance and resources to achieve success.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Ensure adherence to established quality standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Risk Management
    • Oversee risk management processes, minimizing potential risks through proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Provide regular reports on test progress, defects, and other relevant metrics to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience
    • At least 8 years of experience in software testing, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Certifications
    • Advanced certification in software testing.
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Experience with project management methodologies.
    • Knowledge of testing tools and technologies.
