Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Professional to support our growing multifamily real estate assets. This role involves providing accurate and timely financial data to inform business decisions.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

  • Record and categorize transactions across multiple entities in Yardi
  • Maintain general ledgers and prepare account reconciliations
  • Manage bank activity: initiate, track, and confirm intercompany and external transfers and wires
  • Process payments and disbursements
  • Reconcile corporate credit card activity and ensure accurate expense tracking
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable activity across properties and entities
  • Assist with entity-level financial statement preparation and monthly close procedures
  • Support other members of the accounting team with cross-functional initiatives
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries with timely and accurate financial data
  • Complete special projects as assigned by the Senior Manager or Controller
