Creative Content Strategist


Job Description:

We're seeking a skilled Creative Content Strategist to develop and drive our content strategy. This role is ideal for a strategic storyteller who can guide a team and align content with business objectives.

This individual will play a critical role in establishing our content vision, overseeing execution, and ensuring consistency in voice, tone, and message across all touchpoints.

The successful candidate will have experience in crafting high-impact narratives across web, social, sales, and campaign channels.

A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across digital and traditional channels is required.

The chosen candidate will collaborate with senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Creative, while mentoring contributors to deliver content that builds trust, drives engagement, and reinforces our brand.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and evolve the content strategy to support brand, demand generation, and sales enablement goals.
  • Create and refine content across formats including case studies, blogs, white papers, social media campaigns, ad copy, one-pagers, outreach emails, and podcast/video scripts.
  • Define messaging frameworks that align with brand voice, audience intent, and campaign objectives.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure messaging resonates with target audiences and advances business outcomes.
  • Manage the content calendar, setting priorities and ensuring on-time delivery of assets across channels.
  • Provide editorial leadership: review, edit, and coach for clarity, tone, and consistency.
  • Leverage analytics and performance data to measure effectiveness and continuously optimize content.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in content strategy, copywriting, or marketing communications, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across digital and traditional channels, with a focus on B2B or healthcare-related content.
  • Proven ability to craft and scale messaging that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Exceptional editorial judgment and attention to detail, with mastery of tone, grammar, and storytelling.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional leadership and presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Skilled at distilling complex concepts into engaging, human-centered narratives.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) and project management platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
