Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to oversee financial management, accounting, and compliance functions for our operations.

This role requires strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities to ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to regulatory requirements.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee financial planning and budgeting processes to ensure accuracy and accountability across multiple projects.
  • Support the overall financial strategy and ensure compliance with donor agreements and internal financial policies.
  • Manage bookkeeping, including transaction recording, bank reconciliations, and general ledger management.
  • Ensure all entities comply with relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in financial management, accounting, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting standards, financial controls, and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Excel-based reporting.
