- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the organization's compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, including Medicare Conditions of Participation and CHAP standards.
- Clinical Resource: Provide clinical guidance and support to staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Community Education: Collaborate with the community education team to provide education and outreach to the community.
- Registered nurse with current licensure to practice professional nursing in the State.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Three to five years of clinical nursing experience, with an emphasis in home care/hospice nursing preferred.
- Excellent understanding of performance improvement, quality assessment, and utilization management.
- Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
