A Digital Marketing & Content Coordinator will be responsible for promoting the company's brand through accurate and engaging digital content. This role involves managing campaign calendars, creative requests, internal approvals, and asset handoffs.
The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing or content coordination, with a strong understanding of CMS platforms, CRM/email tools, and project/task tools. They must be comfortable working cross-functionally across marketing, creative, eCommerce, and property teams.
Responsibilities:
- Promote the company's brand through accurate and engaging digital content.
- Manage campaign calendars, creative requests, internal approvals, and asset handoffs.
- Update and maintain website content, including offers, menus, hours, and imagery across properties.
- Coordinate landing page builds and seasonal campaign updates within CMS platforms.
- Support SEO enhancements in collaboration with the digital and brand teams.
- Maintain Google My Business, Bing, Yelp, and OTA listings with current content and images.
- Build and deploy email campaigns via Revinate, Klaviyo, or Attentive using guest segments and tailored content.
- Update transactional email templates (confirmation, pre-arrival, post-stay) and support paid media campaigns by coordinating creative assets and ensuring alignment across ads and landing pages.
- Apply UTM tracking and collaborate with analytics teams for accurate reporting.
- Assist in compiling performance metrics (traffic, conversion, ROAS, engagement).
- Manage shared asset libraries, ensuring organization, accuracy, and accessibility.
- Maintain and update sales tools (Cvent, Groups360, Bizly) and branded collateral.
- Coordinate property-specific landing pages and localized content tailored to seasonal and regional needs.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or content coordination (luxury, hospitality, or lifestyle preferred).
- Proficiency with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify), CRM/email tools (Revinate, Klaviyo, Cendyn), and project/task tools (Asana, Google Suite).
- Familiarity with paid media workflows and UTM tagging.
- Strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and a balance of creativity with technical know-how.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally across marketing, creative, eCommerce, and property teams.
