As a Brand Strategist, your goal is to drive brand success with breakthrough campaigns and initiatives.
At SVEN — The Digital 1st Agency, you will take on refreshing perspectives on work and craft. From fresh tech to novel thinking, our Youth DNA brings newness, fun and purpose to make every encounter with brands and people refreshing — the opposite of what the digital space has become these days, overwhelming.

As Brand Strategist, you will be:
THE STRATEGIC THINKER
- Uncover opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Drive end-to-end plans and project success aligned with the client's objectives, timeline, budget, and resources.
- Offer relevant and new insights that are digital-1st, youth-1st and human-1st.
THE CLIENT PARTNER
- Stan your brands and go all in for their success.
- Build and foster happy, fair-for-all and sustainable relationships with partners
- Excite clients and teams with our ideas and executions
THE PROACTIVE DOER
- Manage projects like a boss – always on the lookout for ways to do things better.
- Keep things moving Check in with teams. Spot and dodge potential roadblocks early.
- Ensure everyone is in the loop with clear updates and action points.
TIME FOR YOUR NEXT BIG BREAKTHROUGH

- You need to have mad skills on:
- Making decks – from thought flow to aesthetic
- Communicating ideas and inputs well – both written and verbal
- Planning and executing well – end-to-end organization is key
- Making productive friendships – with clients and teammates

- With a background in campaign planning, strategic planning, brand strategy, or any related field.
- Open to work onsite if needed, but most of the time, you're free to work from anywhere.
