Job Overview

This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth.

  • Creates innovative marketing concepts, promotional opportunities, and ideas to engage clients.
  • Schedules the distribution of all advertising or promotional materials for submission to key stakeholders.
  • Conducts outbound calls to encourage clients to renew their loan agreements.
  • Reviews client applications and verifies completeness of submitted documents before forwarding them to the relevant team member.
  • Tracks the status of loan applications and documents forwarded to the Account Officer.
  • Prepares detailed reports on actual releases, new accounts, override commissions of agents, new recruits, and branch incentives for submission to Head Office.
  • Identifies and recruits potential loan consultants/agents to expand the sales network.
  • Supports and assists loan consultants/agents in their marketing efforts and campaigns.
  • Conducts meetings, seminars, and orientations for loan consultants to enhance their skills.
  • Takes on the role of Branch Manager in their absence to ensure continuity of operations.
  • Distributes tasks to Marketing Assistants and closely monitors their work to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Liaises with customers and responds to their inquiries via phone, email, or walk-in to provide excellent customer service.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales, or Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least two years' experience in Marketing, with one year in a supervisory capacity.
  • Experience developing and maintaining marketing strategies, as well as knowledge of current market trends.
  • Technical marketing skills, relevant product knowledge, and industry expertise.
  • Excellent communication, marketing, problem-solving, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Persuasive, assertive, creative, innovative, adaptable, and analytical individual.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage challenging situations.
  • Strong convincing power and teamwork skills.
  • Proficient in computer systems.
