Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Threat Hunter to join our team. As a key member of our security operations, you will be responsible for proactively hunting and monitoring threats within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead proactive threat hunting, threat monitoring and incident response processes
  • Collaborate with relevant parties on various cases, providing technical and investigative capabilities
  • Provide context & thorough analysis of cyber threats to ensure appropriate response
  • Work with Threat Intelligence to identify threats and recommend security controls
  • Supervise Jr. Threat Hunters and Incident Responders within the department
  • On-call outside of regular working hours, including evenings and holidays as determined by the division's needs
Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field of Information Security
  • At least 2-3 years of practical experience in IT Infrastructure/IT Audit and/or Information Security Operations, preferably in a financial services environment
  • Strong knowledge of threat intelligence and incident response principles
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
