Job Title: Healthcare Billing Associate

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Claims Processor to join our team. This role involves reviewing unpaid Medicaid claims in the EMR system, editing and updating claims to meet requirements for resubmission, and ensuring claims are accurately modified for successful rebilling.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Review unpaid Medicaid claims in the EMR system.
  • Edit and update claims to meet requirements for resubmission.
  • Follow a standardized process for each claim.
  • Ensure claims are accurately modified for successful rebilling.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of work completed.
  • Meet daily productivity targets and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience:
  • At least 6 months BPO experience.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills.
  • Availability:
  • Amenable working night shift.
