Infrastructure Operations Lead

Job Description:
The Facility Team Manager will lead and oversee technical surveys of facilities across multiple sites, ensuring thorough assessment of infrastructure, utilities, and operational requirements.
Responsibilities Include:
- Leading and overseeing technical surveys of facilities
- Coordinating and managing multidisciplinary survey teams
- Analyzing survey results and developing detailed facility survey reports
- Engaging with stakeholders to present findings and validate survey data
- Overseeing the documentation and tracking of facility conditions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in facility assessments and infrastructure surveys
- Familiarity with maritime security infrastructure and Department of Defense facility standards
- Excellent project management and leadership skills
