Technical Lead Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Lead to spearhead our data infrastructure and AI operations initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and maintaining robust data pipelines, building and deploying AI agents, and integrating third-party platforms.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and maintain scalable data infrastructure using tools like dbt and Snowflake

  • Own the backend architecture with an emphasis on scalability, automation, and velocity

  • Support internal tools and workflows to enhance team productivity
Requirements:
  • Deep experience with modern data stacks (e.g., dbt, Snowflake, Postgres, JavaScript, and Python)
  • Comfortable working in AI-native environments and rapidly deploying tools like GPT or custom agents
  • Proficient in using tools like Cursor or Replit to ship products faster
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with product, growth, and ops teams
  • Able to thrive in ambiguity and own problems end-to-end
