Job Requirements:

  • Has an engineering degree, preferably B.S. Mechanical Engineering (Registered Engineer/Professional Licensed Engineer).
  • Has a minimum of 3 years of work experience related to Project Management / Machineries and Equipment Management (with 2-3 years of experience specifically in Machineries and Equipment Maintenance).
  • Background in General Leadership (supervising, managing, directing, and heading a team) is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities (Primary Function):

  • Responsible for the safe maintenance and repair of LOBP main equipment and support facilities, including boiler, air compressor, process pumps, blenders (ABB & SMB), Tank Truck Loading Facilities, and Filling Lines. Supervises daily mechanical engineering maintenance activities and ensures effective execution by the team.
  • Responsible for conceptualizing and planning construction and renovation projects related to mechanical engineering works.
  • Coordinate and schedule in-house or contracted jobs such as preventive maintenance, major repairs, equipment modifications, and installation of new equipment.
  • Assist the Maintenance Manager in developing strategic plans and initiatives aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with the engineering team to define and implement integrated solutions to enhance operational performance and value.
  • Lead a team of Engineering Assistants in conducting root cause analysis, problem-solving, and other analytical techniques to eliminate root causes and develop improvement action plans.
  • Develop standards for facilities operation and maintenance. Maintain all records, including as-built drawings, mechanical engineering catalogs, blueprints related to pumps, pipelines, blending equipment, hydraulic equipment, filling lines, tank truck loading arms, pressure vessels (e.g., air receivers), and pier area.
