Business Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to work with our internal teams, elicit and explore feature ideas and requirements. You will meet with clients to analyze and document their individual needs, create user stories of solution features and functions and translate business requirements into detailed functional/technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to identify and prioritize feature ideas and requirements
  • Meet with clients to understand their needs and document the information gathered
  • Create high-level and detailed user stories of solution features and functions
  • Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional/technical requirements
  • Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to determine work scope and estimate delivery timeframes
  • Perform thorough testing of the product to ensure it meets the intended user experience
  • Support internal and external communications, ensuring transparency and the broadcast of product and business information
  • Collaborate with clients/users to gather feedback and improve the utility and experience of the product
  • Provide support to the Product Owner/Manager and Developers as needed
  • Contribute to agile ceremonies
  • Assist with customer support processes and issue triage

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst in agile (scrum) cross-functional teams, delivering complex products and projects
  • Proficiency in using tools such as JIRA and Confluence
  • Able to effectively communicate ideas through different visualization tools
  • Strong listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of business process mapping and data flow
  • Able to document clear business, technical, and functional requirements
  • Collaborative approach to solution design and promoting effective decisions
  • Structured problem-solving skills aligned with business analysis best practices
  • Able to empathize with end-users, client sponsors, and the domain market to convey the 'why' of products and feature sets
