We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to support our social media strategy, advertising campaigns, and internal system automations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, manage, and repurpose content across various social media platforms
  • Design and distribute engaging email newsletters using Canva
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta
  • Monitor industry trends and news to create timely, compliant content
  • Prepare all content for compliance approval workflows
  • Build and manage AI-driven workflows and automations for marketing and client engagement
  • Leverage AI tools for content ideation, personalization, and scheduling
  • Track and optimize campaign performance, ensuring strong ROI across platforms
  • Maintain and manage a robust marketing automation system and content calendar
  • Generate and present monthly performance reports, including analytics and insights

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years' experience in digital marketing with proven results, proficiency with social media platforms, Canva, and video editing tools, demonstrated experience with Google Ads and Meta campaign management, familiarity with AI tools, ability to create and manage end-to-end marketing automation workflows, understanding of regulatory compliance and the financial services marketing environment, excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail, and independent worker with a high degree of initiative and accountability.
