Digital Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Professional to drive the growth of our online presence through strategic advertising campaigns and effective customer acquisition.

This is a remote opportunity within our Marketing team, requiring a passion for digital marketing and a commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years' experience in performance marketing for international platforms such as Google, Facebook, and TikTok.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating engaging ad content plans, analyzing user behavior, and optimizing ads for improved ROI
  • Collaborating with designers and other teams to formulate and execute digital growth initiatives
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis
  • Building and managing influencer networks and partnerships for online growth
  • Managing public relations and communications for the organization

The successful candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of ad content development, testing, and optimization, as well as excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
