Chief Financial Operations Director

An experienced Accounts Payable Manager is required to lead the team and work harmoniously with other leaders in the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to ensure compliance with company processes and procedures.

Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure team and organization compliance with Accounts Payable process and procedure, identify any deviation and resolve on a timely manner.
  2. Recommend improvements on the Accounts Payable process and procedure.
  3. Manage company's accounts payable, working closely with requestors and strategize on payments of long outstanding dues.
  4. Stay updated on tax changes, execute tax updates and changes, and conduct tax education or training if needed.
  5. Responsible for tax compliance: filing, payment, and reporting.
  6. Assist in Cash Flow forecasting and work with relevant heads on payment priority per schedule.
  7. Conduct Root Cause Analysis and ensure non-repetition of the same problem.
  8. Resolve issues effectively while knowing when to escalate challenges and errors to senior leaders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • At least 8 years of experience as an Accounts Payable Manager.
  • Comprehensive tax knowledge and experience in tax filing are required.
  • Technologically adept with familiarity in Accounts Payable or Accounting platforms, either commercial or proprietary.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools is a plus.
  • Experience in a start-up company is preferred.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to connect dots on a bigger scale.

The selected candidate will work in San Juan, Manila office, willing to report daily.
