About the Job
As a Marketing Coordinator (Graphic Designer), you will play a vital role in managing and executing clients' real estate projects successfully. You will provide innovative marketing and sales strategies, deliver exceptional project management and client management, and collaborate with the marketing and sales teams. If you have a strong background in digital and print marketing, excellent communication skills, and experience using design software, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all design assets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop creative solutions aligning with brand strategy and project goals.
  • Design compelling visuals for digital and print media, including presentations, web assets, social media graphics, advertisements, and email campaigns.
  • Support project marketing initiatives with high-quality, on-brand graphics for various project phases.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, balancing deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continually bring fresh ideas and approaches to the team.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a marketing professional with graphic design.
  • Strong background in digital and print marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using Spark or similar software.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with Figma or other design software is a plus.
  • Experience working with US, Canadian, or other offshore clients.
