As a Project Coordinator (Project Management) at HEPMIL Singapore, you will play a vital role in overseeing the efficient allocation of resources for the execution of creative projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to allocate resources, monitor project status, and manage employee productivity. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our creative endeavors within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

This is a 1-year contract role with the possibility for renewal.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Monitoring: Monitor the status of projects and work orders, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  2. Resource Allocation: Determine the type and quantity of resources needed for each project, including personnel, equipment, and materials. Allocate resources effectively to meet project requirements and timelines.
  3. Manpower Monitoring: Monitor production, productivity to ensure effective project execution. Track manpower utilization, workload, and overtime hours to optimize resource allocation and productivity.
  4. Resource Conflict Management: Manage resource conflicts by identifying overlapping assignments or shortages and taking appropriate action to resolve conflicts. Reallocate resources, adjust goals, or assign additional staff as needed to mitigate concerns.
  5. Project Planning: Stay informed about current and upcoming projects and business development activities. Plan resource allocation accordingly to meet project demands and support business growth objectives.
  6. Workflow Management: Contribute to Operations and Processes refinement to enhance workflows within the Company.
Desired Candidate Profile
  1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  2. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  4. Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Monday.com, Resource Guru or other project and resource management software).
  5. Knowledge of creative processes and workflows.
  6. Previous experience in project management, traffic manager roles or creative operations is preferred.
  7. Familiarity with budgeting and resource allocation principles.
  8. Knowledge in Digital Media/Film Production is a plus.
