We combine proprietary optimization & intelligence software with Amazon management and 3PL services to increase visibility, efficiency, and profitability of eCommerce operations.

About the Role

This is a remote position overseeing and optimizing our online store on Shopify.

We're looking for an experienced professional to lead all aspects of the Shopify platform, maintaining brand consistency, improving site performance, and executing marketing campaigns that drive traffic, conversions, and customer loyalty.

Main Objectives
  • Store Management:
    • Oversee daily store operations, including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.
    • Regularly audit content, pricing, and product information to ensure accuracy and updates.
    • Integrate third-party apps and plugins to enhance functionality and user experience.
  • Brand Strategy:
    • Develop and implement multi-channel brand marketing campaigns across digital and experiential platforms.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a consistent brand message.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform brand positioning and new product launches.
  • Performance Analysis:
    • Monitor and analyze key e-commerce metrics such as sales, conversion rates, AOV, and CLV.
    • Use data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement A/B testing on site elements and marketing campaigns.
    • Optimize the store for SEO and UX to improve site traffic and conversions.
  • Project Management:
    • Work with design and development teams to scope and launch new features and custom functionality.
    • Translate business needs into clear requirements for developers.
    • Coordinate project timelines and deliverables for on-time and on-budget execution.
  • Customer Experience:
    • Ensure a seamless customer journey from browsing to post-purchase.
    • Proactively engage with customers to gather feedback and address concerns.
    • Work with the customer service team to resolve issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or brand management.
  • Demonstrated experience managing a Shopify-based store is essential.
  • Excellent understanding of the Shopify platform and its backend functions.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce analytics tools and digital marketing channels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
