We are seeking an innovative and skilled Business Development professional to join our team in promoting financial services. This dynamic role involves developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth, expand market presence, and build strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development plans to achieve assigned sales targets
  • Promote financial services through effective communication and relationship-building
  • Represent the company professionally in various settings, including video appearances and presentations
  • Establish a strong online presence by building a personal brand on social media platforms
  • Collaborate with influencers and community groups to create engaging content and promotional opportunities
  • Host webinars and provide regular customer guidance using pre-approved formats and training provided by the company
  • Conduct live streaming sessions in partnered groups or on personal platforms, converting marketing-generated leads into paying customers using CRM software and email marketing tools
Requirements:
  • Exhibit exceptional communication skills and be outgoing
  • Be comfortable appearing on camera and conducting live streams/webinars
  • Work remotely from home, demonstrating strong time management and professionalism
  • Have prior sales experience in any industry and be able to handle pressure effectively
  • Be proficient in computer software and tools, as well as have conversational English for internal communication
  • Prior experience in the finance field (Forex, crypto, etc.) is highly desirable
  • Experience in building a personal brand, including creating self-promotional content and videos, is also highly valued
