About the Role:

  • This is a key position that bridges the gap between HR and business operations.
  • You will support both departments, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • You will be responsible for managing employee timesheets, resolving discrepancies, and processing them promptly for payroll purposes.
  • You will act as the primary contact for HR-related queries or issues, addressing concerns about policies, benefits, performance, and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Timesheet Management: Managing employee timesheets, ensuring accuracy, resolving discrepancies, and processing them promptly for payroll purposes.
  • Employee Concerns: Acting as the primary contact for HR-related queries or issues, addressing concerns about policies, benefits, performance, and more.
  • Client Escalations: Addressing client escalations related to staffing or performance concerns, collaborating with teams to provide effective resolutions.
  • Contract Management & Extensions: Monitoring employee project contracts, sending notifications when contracts are about to expire, and issuing extension notices as needed.
  • Project End Notifications: Proactively notifying employees when their project contracts are ending, explaining next steps, and communicating potential extensions or transitions.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR, focusing on employee relations, timesheet management, and performance.
  • A strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Proficient in using HR software and payroll systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to handle sensitive issues with confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with leadership, employees, and external clients.
