Job Description

Our organization is seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant – GHL Specialist to fill this key role.

  • This position involves setting up and managing client accounts within the Go High Level (GHL) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, including pipelines, workflows, triggers, and automations.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing and optimizing marketing funnels, landing pages, forms, and surveys within GHL.
  • Responsibilities also include integrating GHL with third-party tools such as Stripe payment systems, Zapier automation platform, calendars, and email management software.

The Virtual Assistant – GHL Specialist will play a crucial role in streamlining business operations, ensuring smooth campaign execution, and supporting internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and manage client accounts within the GHL CRM system.
  • Create and optimize marketing funnels, landing pages, forms, and surveys within GHL.
  • Integrate GHL with third-party tools and services.
  • Manage and monitor email, SMS, and social media campaigns within the platform.
  • Assist with lead management by organizing contacts, tagging, and segmenting audiences.
  • Provide support for appointment scheduling, calendar management, and reminders.
  • Generate and analyze reports on campaign performance, pipelines, and conversions.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues within the GHL platform and provide timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure workflow alignment with client objectives.
