Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee financial data, processes and controls ensuring accuracy of bonus and commission programs.

You will support monthly and quarterly commissions and bonus calculations for all business segments, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate and timely compensation. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will also partner with sales, finance, accounting and other business teams to provide reporting, analysis and strategic insights that drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the preparation and maintenance of the quarterly compensation workbook independently, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end company-wide compensation process, driving continuous improvements and efficiencies.
  • Prepare and submit monthly incentives and bonus calculation files, reviewing and maintaining relevant data needed for accurate calculations (e.g., comp plan terms, employee target incentives) in the compensation system.
  • Maintain sensitive and confidential information securely, in compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Address complex commission and bonus inquiries, adjustments and corrections promptly, ensuring positive employee experience and serving as an escalation point for the team.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, engineering, mathematics, economics or a related quantitative field, or equivalent work experience. They must also have a minimum of four years of experience in Sales Compensation, FP&A, or a finance-related role, and stable employment history.
