Traxion Tech Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our corporate processes and procedures adhere to internal standards and government laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day compliance affairs of Traxion Tech Inc. and its group of companies.
  • Serve as a Compliance Officer for the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and other regulatory agencies.
  • Liaise with the BSP and advise management and technical teams on regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Oversee delivery of compliance and resources to accomplish compliance goals, strategies, and priorities.
  • Build and foster relationships with in-house legal counsel and other regulatory and government agencies to reduce company exposure to disputes and liabilities.
  • Assist in risk management to minimize legal and compliance risks of proposed projects and company operations.
  • Ensure the protection, compliance, and continuity of Traxion Tech Inc.'s EMI, PCIDSS, and other necessary licenses.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory updates and implement changes or amendments as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field).
  • Master's Degree (MBA) is a plus.
  • At least five (5) years' relevant work experience in the IT, banking, or related field.
  • Experience in IT Audit is a plus.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and detail-oriented individual.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with regulatory agencies' rules.
  • Effective communication skills with all levels of the organization.
  • Efficient oral communication and technical writing skills.
