Digital Marketing Specialist
Drive offsite traffic and boost ROI as a key member of our team. You will own the execution and scaling of seller-facing programs designed to increase offsite traffic and drive measurable return on investment.

You will be responsible for designing and executing initiatives to grow seller-driven traffic through adoption of different off-platform ads channels, acting as subject matter expert for campaign strategy, execution, tracking, and measurement, driving strong return on ad spend by analyzing campaign performance and providing optimization strategies to sellers, leading communication with internal stakeholders to ensure sellers are aligned with new programs, feature rollouts, and best practices, managing the full offsite marketing operations workflow, from planning to reporting with cross-functional coordination, monitoring industry trends, and continuously proposing improvements to strengthen offsite performance.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • 7+ years in digital or performance marketing preferably in eCommerce or agency settings
  • Deep hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar platforms
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and experience working with datasets to drive decisions
  • Proven ability to work independently and navigate cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical insights into business impact
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in fast-paced environments
