Senior Accounting Professional

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior CPA to join our team. In this role, you will lead complex accounting functions, oversee financial reporting and compliance, and provide strategic insights that drive sound business decisions.

This is a hands-on role ideal for a CPA who thrives in dynamic environments, excels in problem-solving, and is ready to take ownership of high-level accounting responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards, with proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee full-cycle accounting operations, including general ledger, financial statements, and month/year-end close.
  • Lead the preparation and review of tax returns (individual, corporate, partnership) ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to stakeholders based on thorough analysis and reporting.
  • Conduct financial audits, risk assessments, and internal controls evaluations.
  • Supervise and mentor junior accountants and staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Active CPA license required.
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory or leadership roles.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • High integrity and commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
