We are seeking an experienced Insurance Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with tailored solutions.
Main Responsibilities- Quote Management: Prepare quotes with multiple carriers for insurance, comparing and reviewing quotes, entering information in the management system, preparing documents and applications for policy issuance, and sending emails.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary liaison between the company and clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Policy Administration: Review and manage existing insurance policies to ensure they meet client needs. Assist with policy renewals, amendments, and endorsements.
- Sales and Business Development: Collaborate with sales teams to develop new business opportunities. Cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, policy details, and transactions.
- Proven experience in insurance account management or a similar role.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and insurance management software.
- Exceptional organizational skills and accuracy in managing client accounts.
