E-Commerce & Social Media Assistant Opportunity

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with a visionary leader and support the day-to-day digital operations of a fast-growing online brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • E-Commerce Operations: Manage product inventory using CommentSold and execute email campaigns using pre-written scripts targeting abandoned cart users, repurchasers, etc.
  • Graphic Design & Content Creation: Design eye-catching social media graphics, banners, and email visuals using Canva aligning all visuals with brand identity and campaign themes.
  • Social Media & Marketplace Management: Post short-form videos and product promotions across TikTok, Facebook, and eBay ensuring product listings are correctly formatted and deduplicated across channels.
  • Administrative & Operational Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the founder as needed including support with logistics, scheduling, and backend tasks to streamline operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Skilled in Canva and comfortable creating marketing visuals.
  • Experienced with e-commerce tools (CommentSold, Shopify, or similar platforms).
  • Familiar with email marketing workflows and customer segmentation.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote role.
