Job Overview

As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective instructional content that supports the organization's training initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, with experience in designing and developing online courses, training programs, and other educational materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Develop Instructional Content: Create high-quality instructional content, including course outlines, lesson plans, and educational materials, that meet the needs of learners.
  • Storyboarding & Planning: Collaborate with content creators to storyboard scenes, plan visual flow, and determine the most effective visual treatment.
  • Audio & Voice Integration: Integrate narration, background music, and sound effects to reinforce tone and timing.
  • Content Conversion: Transform written training materials into dynamic, learner-friendly video formats.
  • Video QA & Iteration: Review and revise videos based on team and learner feedback to ensure high-quality final deliverables.
  • LMS Collaboration: Coordinate with LMS Content Coordinators and/or Training Developers to format, test, and upload videos to TalentLMS or other platforms.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong English Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficiency in Video/Audio Tools: Proficiency in using video/audio tools such as Powtoon, Camtasia, Adobe tools, and voiceover platforms.
  • Basic Knowledge of Instructional Design: Basic knowledge of instructional design principles and practices.
