Job Overview

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the preparation and dissemination of weekly internal newsletters. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for managing digital comms assets, including branded templates and associated content.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the production and distribution of high-quality weekly internal newsletters using Mailchimp (templates created with Canva or direct Mailchimp).
  • Support the rollout and ongoing management of the company's SharePoint intranet, including content preparation, structure, and publishing.
  • Organise, edit, and repurpose content from multiple internal teams to meet business needs.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining branded templates and digital comms assets that reflect the company's brand voice.
  • Utilize AI tools to generate draft content and enhance efficiency while maintaining brand consistency.

Administrative Support:
  • Manage data entry and asset management of company assets in SafetyCulture, including vehicles, trailers, and equipment.
  • Manage fleet and vehicle records, including service schedules, driver assignments, and compliance records through SafetyCulture and Verizon telematics systems.
  • Upload and organize manuals, serial numbers, and manufacturer service schedules.
  • Inbox and calendar management, scheduling support, and recruitment-related administrative tasks.
  • Support the Corporate Services team with general administrative and documentation tasks.

Requirements:
  • Background in corporate communications or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing and communications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Mailchimp, Canva; ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Experience using AI tools for content support and process automation is highly valued.
