Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating day-to-day project activities and deliverables
  • Tracking project schedules, action items, and reporting deadlines
  • Assisting in planning meetings, documenting discussions, and following up on action items
  • Maintaining and updating project plans, timelines, and task trackers
  • Facilitating communication between internal teams and external partners
  • Preparing draft reports, presentations, and briefing materials as needed
  • Monitoring workstream progress and identifying potential risks or delays

Qualifications for success in this role include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in project planning, documentation, scheduling, and reporting in complex environments
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to shifting priorities
