Project Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to focus on proposals and bidding for audio-visual projects. The ideal candidate will craft detailed plans and bids for projects ranging from simple Sonos audio-video installations to complex systems with automated shades.

The Project Manager will work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure project feasibility and profitability. They will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive proposals, developing bids, and performing cost estimations for labor, materials, and equipment.

This role requires strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects. The successful candidate will have experience in audio-visual systems, including Sonos and complex AV setups with automated shades. Training will be provided if needed.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare accurate and competitive proposals for audio-visual projects
  • Develop bids for projects, from basic Sonos setups to high-end AV systems with automated shades
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure project feasibility and profitability
  • Perform cost estimations for labor, materials, and equipment
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to clarify project requirements and timelines

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in the related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in project estimation, proposal writing, and bidding processes
  • Experience in audio-visual systems, including Sonos and complex AV setups with automated shades (training provided if needed)
