Exciting opportunity to join our tech team as a Backend Developer. We are seeking an experienced professional with strong technical skills to support the development and maintenance of our cloud-based applications and platforms.

This role involves delivering APIs, enhancing system functionality, and ensuring seamless integration of backend components. You will work closely with senior developers and cross-functional teams to implement new features and improve existing ones.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and developing server-side applications, including Node.js. They will also possess solid knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, cloud platforms (preferably AWS), and unit testing. Experience with Git, API design, Docker, and SDLC processes is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of backend applications and APIs.
  • Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, and product teams to deliver end-to-end features.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and debug backend issues and propose effective solutions.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in designing and developing server-side applications, including at least 1 year of experience with Node.js.
  • Solid experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, ideally AWS.
  • Experience with unit testing.
  • Experience using Git.
  • Experience with designing APIs.
  • Docker.
  • Experience in SDLC processes.
  • Understanding of algorithms and data structures.
