Job Description

The ERP Project Coordinator plays a vital role in the planning, coordination, and execution of Acumatica implementation projects.

This position involves working closely with the Project Manager, serving as a secondary client contact, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to a high standard of client satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing ERP implementation projects.
  • Support the Project Manager with scheduling, documentation, and communication.
  • Track deliverables, monitor project timelines, and update dashboards.
  • Prepare status reports and escalate project risks when necessary.
  • Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance checks.
  • Participate in post-implementation reviews and recommend improvements.
  • Provide client-facing support as a secondary point of contact.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or junior project management.
  • Stable employment history with proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) for client and team interactions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with ERP systems (Acumatica, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
