
Full Time Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team. This role will involve delivering accurate and timely payroll services for Australian businesses.
- The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in payroll, accounting or finance.
A key responsibility of the job will be to process and review payroll for Australian businesses with 100% accuracy.
- You will also prepare payroll reports and ensure timely submission.
- Assist clients with payroll queries, adjustments and compliance issues.
- Work closely with payroll partners and clients to ensure a seamless payroll experience.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and become their trusted payroll advisor.
- Identify and report any risks, errors or compliance concerns related to payroll processing.
- Follow information security guidelines to protect sensitive payroll data.
- Experience in Australian payroll (this is a must-have).
- Familiarity with Fair Work, superannuation, tax and other Australian payroll regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to 100% accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service mindset — you're approachable, helpful and solutions-oriented.
- Proficient in Excel and able to work with payroll data confidently.
