Lead Marketing Executive - Luxury Wellness Retreat

This is an exceptional opportunity to spearhead the marketing efforts of a luxury wellness retreat in Lombok, Indonesia. As Lead Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives sales of off-plan villas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a full marketing strategy to generate qualified leads from international markets.
  • Create and manage social media campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to build a strong brand presence.
  • Design and implement paid advertising campaigns targeting potential investors and villa buyers.
  • Collaborate with the founder to shape the marketing strategy, create systems, and drive results that bring this vision to life.
  • Manage and optimize all marketing efforts to ensure maximum ROI.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years experience in real estate marketing, preferably with a background in off-plan villa sales, resorts, or luxury properties.
  • Strong background in digital marketing strategy, including social media, ads, funnels, and websites.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with a creative eye for branding, positioning, and storytelling in the luxury and wellness space.
